NEW PATIENTS: START HERE
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—you don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. This page is here to help you decide whether Nourish and Bloom Psychological Services may be a good fit and to outline what getting started looks like.
Who I Work With:
I provide virtual and in person therapy for adults, adolescents, and children/families. Clients often seek support for:
Anxiety, OCD, and stress
Depression and mood concerns
Eating concerns, body image, and feeding challenges
Chronic illness and health-related stress
Trauma and life transitions
Autism spectrum–related support
Women’s mental health concerns and maternal mental health
Care is individualized and grounded in your values, lived experiences, and goals.
Therapeutic Approach:
My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based.
Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, therapy emphasizes:
Building flexibility in responding to thoughts and emotions
Developing sustainable coping skills
Cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your body
Moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned
You are viewed as a whole person—not a diagnosis.
