Group Therapy Services
Dr. Harpel offers a variety of therapy groups throughout the year, designed to support people across the lifespan and around diverse needs and identities. Group rates vary based on amount of sessions and other aspects. Group offerings change periodically, so please check this page for the most up-to-date information on current and upcoming groups.
In the past, Dr. Harpel has offered groups such as intuitive eating groups for women, picky and anxious eating groups for children, support groups for LGBTQIA+ adolescents, social skills groups for adults on the autism spectrum, and more. Each group is thoughtfully facilitated and grounded in evidence-based, affirming, and inclusive care.
