My Practice
Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This integrative framework allows me to offer both practical, skills-based tools and deeper, values-driven work.
My training in diverse medical and mental health settings deepened my appreciation for the complex and dynamic connection between mind, body, and overall well-being.
Through therapy, clients are supported in increasing flexibility, resilience, and self-trust—so they can respond to life’s challenges with greater choice rather than feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. I strive to create a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and respected.
Areas of Focus:
My clinical work focuses on:
Eating concerns and body image
Health psychology and chronic illness
Anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders
Women’s health issues/maternal mental health
I am especially passionate about helping individuals develop a more compassionate and respectful relationship with their bodies while building skills to navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
A Whole-Person Philosophy:
I believe meaningful change happens when therapy addresses the whole person—not just symptoms—within the context of one’s values, lived experiences, and environment. At Nourish and Bloom Psychological Services, the goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, build sustainable coping strategies, and create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and nourishing.
Nourish and Bloom Psychological Services is committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for individuals of all identities, bodies, and backgrounds.
