I’m Dr. Jessica, a licensed psychologist and the founder of Nourish and Bloom Psychological Services. I provide weight-neutral, HAES-informed therapy for adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on helping people develop more flexible, trusting relationships with food and their bodies. I created this toolkit to give families practical, collaborative language for advocating for school environments that support body diversity and protect children from food shame, weight stigma, and diet-culture messaging.
Looking for additional support? Nourish and Bloom provides weight-neutral, eating-disorder-informed therapy for adolescents and adults in Pennsylvania.
